Fire Burning Text Effect

His step as follows :

1. For the new document the measurement 800 x 600 Pixel
2. Give the Background colour black, afterwards for the text through to like the picture.
   
3. Afterwards restireze the text by means of the right clique in the layer of the text and chose restireze, saw the picture.
   
4. Afterwards gave the effect wind (the Clique of the Filter Menu > Stylis > Wind) , arranged in accordance with the picture: afterwards repeated again the effect wind ato immediately could pressure Ctrl + F 2x (to repeat the last effect was used).
   
5. Give the effect wind again (repeated the step no 4) his difference in the regulation direction (from the right and from the lift).
   
   Results like this.
   
6. Now was turned by us 90 cw (the clique edited > transfrom > rotate 90 levels cw) like this.
   
7. Now we the love again the effect wind (repeated the step 4 and 5).
   
8. Rotate came back in order to come back originally that is (clicked Edit > Transfrom > Rotate 90 Ccw levels).
   
9. We change the colour mode to Grayscale (the clique of the image > mode > grayscale), then we the difference again to indexed color (the clique of the image > mode > indexed color)
   
   
10. That was Last, color table (the Clique of the Image > Mode > Color Table) and arranged in accordance with the picture.
